The hotel was able to provide us with ground floor rooms next to each other as requested. The staff was welcoming and polite. There was a prayer mat and ironing facility in the rooms. Location wise, it was very easy to get Grab car and Grab food. For us, our stay here has been a good bargain as we didn't expect it to be 5-star.

I love the hospitality provided here. The breakfast is amazing and the staff were very helpful. No surprise the hotel were fully booked. They call to confirm your arrival and even give us allowance to extend our check out when we calling to confirm. I will choose same hotel whenever i come to Ipoh anytime in future.

I would like to make a suggestion that your housekeeping personnel report any malfunction facilities immediately to the maintenance technician, especially leaking tap in the bathroom. This will enable your guests to comfortably stay in such room.

The hotel had a nice atmosphere. The staff were friendly. The room was spacious with comfy beds. We stayed for one night and it was worth it.
